Oh crap I don't have any Old Bay on hand!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon bay leaf powder
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons celery salt (1-1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp celery seed)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons black pepper
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Directions
- Put it all in a small bowl.
- mix it up!
